Bookkeeping for e-commerce & retail
Books that grow with your shop.
Specialized bookkeeping for online sellers and small retailers. Shopify, Amazon, Target Plus, Walmart Marketplace — I speak marketplace, so you don't have to.
Why hire a bookkeeper
You started a shop, not a bookkeeping firm.
E-commerce bookkeeping is its own animal. Reconciling an Amazon settlement or making a Shopify payout match your books takes specialized knowledge most generalist bookkeepers don't have. Here's what changes when you stop doing it alone.
- 01
Your evenings come back.
The 6-hour Saturday-night reconciliation session is over. So is the panic before tax season, and the half-finished spreadsheet you keep meaning to fix.
- 02
Your numbers tell the truth.
Marketplace fees, refunds, shipping charges, gateway differences — most DIY books quietly miscount these. Your real profit margin is probably not what your dashboard says it is.
- 03
You can make actual decisions.
Should you raise prices? Pull back on Amazon? Hire someone? Real bookkeeping turns gut feel into data you can trust — and gives your CPA something to work with at year-end.
Why hire Grow Greenwood
The right bookkeeper for your shop.
Most bookkeepers learn e-commerce on the job — with your books.
I learned it before yours got here.

Auditor trained.
BYU master's in accountancy, internal audit background, QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Clean books, real controls, no shortcuts.
Refreshingly clear.
You'll always have someone you can ask. I'll walk you through what your books are saying and make sure you understand them.

Where to start.
Most shops begin with a Cleanup, then move into Monthly Bookkeeping. If you're starting fresh, a QuickBooks Setup comes first.

About
Hi, I'm Mimi Greenwood.
I'm an accountant by training and an e-commerce nerd by experience. I have my bachelor's and master's in accountancy from BYU.
Before starting Grow Greenwood, I handled accounting inside a large publicly traded e-commerce business — where I learned how marketplaces actually settle and what a chart of accounts should really look like. Before that, I was an internal auditor, which is where the obsession with clean books comes from.
I started Grow Greenwood for the small shop owners who don't need a Big Four CPA — just someone who understands marketplaces, closes the books on time, and explains what the numbers mean.
